La compañía y distribuidora de videojuegos Square Enix ha comunicado a través de nota de prensa que las  versiones de Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition entre las nuevas consolas son iguales. Este comentario se ha producido después del aluvión de criticas a la versíon de Xbox One.


“Ambas versiones, Xbox One y PS4, corren a 1080p nativos”, dijo un representante de la compañía sin tocar el tema de la frecuencia. “Las especificaciones de una y otra plataforma son iguales, ya que las fuentes fueron compartidas de 1 a 1 (texturas, modelos, partículas, etcétera)”.

Varios vídeos que circulan por la red, muestran diferencias en los Frames por segundo, estando la versíon de PS4 por encima de la de Xbox One.
